Poster guidelines

Preparing your poster

  • Posters will be displayed in portrait format.
  • The dimensions of the poster should be 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm (in A0 format).
  • Abstract title, author(s), affiliation(s) and number poster should appear at the top of the poster.
  • The content should be readable from a distance of 2 m.
  • Please print your poster before arrival; we do not offer the possibility to print onsite.

Call for Abstracts

We invite you to submit your abstract for the 11th International Symposium on Dental Enamel (Enamel 11), taking place from October 13–17, 2025, at Domaine de Saint Paul, Vallée de Chevreuse, Yvelines, France.

Abstract Guidelines

Page Layout

  • The abstract must fit on one Letter-sized page (8.5”x11” / 216×279 mm).
  • Use Arial or Calibri font, size 11.
  • Single spacing within sections, and 1.5 spacing between sections/paragraphs.
  • Set margins to 1” (25.4 mm) on all sides.
  • Maximum of 15 words.
  • Capitalize the first letter of each word
  • Include the full first name, middle initial, and last name for each author.
  • Bold the presenting author’s name.
  • Provide affiliations for all authors, including department, institution, city, state/province (if applicable), and country.
  • Indicate affiliations using superscript numbers next to each author’s name.
  • List only primary affiliations.
  • Maximum of 350 words.
  • Include:
    • Background information.
    • Statement of the scientific question.
    • Brief description of methods.
    • Key results and conclusions.
  • Save the document with the last name (surname) of the presenting author as the file name.
  • All abstract submissions may select up to five keywords. Two keywords minimum is required.
